This $2000 content creation PC is a powerhouse that can handle the most demanding tasks while offering unrivaled performance.
The CPU of choice is the powerful i7-14700K. This processor offers unprecedented performance and is one of the top picks for applications that require a high core count CPU and multithreaded performance. Unlike the 13700K, the 14700K gains 4 additional E-cores which helps with multitasking and multi-core workloads. It also comes with Intel Quicksync (Intel integrated graphics) which helps greatly with video encoding and decoding.
We have paired this CPU with a high-end z790 motherboard which has all the necessary features, connectivity, and expansion required for a build like this. Most importantly, it features 4x M.2 SSD slots for lots of NVMe storage expandability.
For RAM, 64 GB of stable DDR5 is the adequate amount for a PC of this kind, and it will help with the programs and applications that benefit from having lots of it.
