In terms of content creation, this PC offers exceptional value and performance for a higher end PC. It all starts with the I5-14500 as this Raptor Lake CPU is a heavy hitter when it comes to single-core and multi-core workloads, with its high core count and performance. This CPU is the adequate choice for this build.
Additionally, it's integrated intel hd graphics act as an additional hardware codec thanks to Intel Quicksync, which is very useful for encoding and decoding compressed 4K H.265/H.264 footage in editing programs like Davinci Resolve and Premiere pro.
A great CPU also needs a reliable quality motherboard with decent features. The Asus Prime B760-Plus motherboard chosen is a decent pick, but most importantly, features 3x M.2 SSD slots for storage variety and a dedicated thunderbolt port on the rear IO.
Having 64 GBs of RAM is a must for today's demanding tasks that tackle heavy content creation and productivity, so this ensures great multitasking capabilities.
The GPU selected is the RTX 4070 Super. This recently released GPU is a key component in our build that provides decent value and incredible performance for its price point as it will help accelerate many of the different editing, AI, and 3D modeling related tasks this PC is tailored for thanks to CUDA.
For storage the best option is a high-end drive like the Kingspec XG7000, that features DRAM, TLC memory, and 7000mb/s+ read and write speeds. One SSD will be used as a boot drive and the other one will function as a scratch drive for videos/cache/etc.
For the case selection, the Montech Sky Two case is a great candidate as it provides great aesthetics and plenty of airflow with 4 120mm ARGB fans.
Lastly for the PSU, we chose the Montech CENTURY G5 750W. This is a very well-reviewed 80+ gold power supply that will power this build with no problems.
In conclusion, this PC will handle most content creation and additional productivity tasks you throw at it while also providing strong price to performance.
